Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PreK Teachers to join our nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere for young learners. Your responsibilities will include developing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and collaborating with parents to support their child's growth.
Duties
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Provide attentive care for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Maintain classroom management to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall daycare program and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is preferred.
- Skills in toddler care or preschool education are highly valued.
- Experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial for this role.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized learning environment.
- A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young children.
