St. Martin's Lutheran Preschool is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our team immediately. We are a licensed, full-day early childhood program located near the University of Texas campus in central Austin.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Use positive discipline and guidance strategies.
- Assist with classroom setup, including bulletin boards and displays.
- Communicate with parents and team members as needed.
- Contribute to a team-based approach to early childhood education.
What We’re Looking For:
Applicants should be dependable, flexible, and team-oriented. Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required.
