Currently our client, a Japanese Entertainment company, is looking for a Store IT Infrastructure Manager.

【Compensation】$76,960-$81,120
【Schedule】MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00 - 18:00
(Thursday and Friday will be home office days.)

Responsibilities
- Lead IT infrastructure and technology deployment projects for new and existing store locations.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, network equipment, workstations, printers, payment terminals, and other store technology hardware.
- Manage store IT setup activities during new store openings, relocations, and remodel projects.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee POS system implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.
- Manage SKU/product-related system configurations and integrations.
- Monitor and improve store technology performance, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support processes.
- Lead IT-related projects, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Provide technical guidance and support to store operations team.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize deployments, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage external vendors and service providers while ensuring compliance with company IT standards.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting retail technology, POS systems, or store IT infrastructure
- Experience setting up, deploying, and troubleshooting IT hardware in retail, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location environments
- Hands-on experience with POS system installation, configuration, and support
- Experience supporting new store openings, technology rollouts, or multi-site deployments
- 3+ years of experience in project management and people management
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and third-party technology providers
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows environments, and IT hardware support
- Experience with inventory, SKU management, or retail operations systems is highly preferred
- Experience with both back-end and front-end development
- Proficient in using Microsoft apps such as Excel using VBA macros

Pay: $76,960.00 - $81,120.00 per year
