This position would be responsible for helping lead the day-to-day operations and leasing efforts of a vibrant residential multi-family community.

Duties
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident engagement to ensure a high-quality living environment.
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate property leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and upselling available units to maximize occupancy and running open houses.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Utilize property management software to perform data entry, rent collection, reporting, and record keeping efficiently.
- Administer legal administrative tasks including lease agreements, contracts, filing documents, and maintaining accurate tenant records.
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally while adhering to landlord-tenant law.
- Promote community engagement through effective communication and fostering a positive living environment for residents.
Requirements
- Candidate must have reliable transportation / valid drivers license
- Strong desire in a bilingual candidate in both English and Spanish
- Experience with AppFolio a plus!
- Proficiency in Google Suite (GMAIL) based platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills coupled with negotiation abilities for lease renewals or contract discussions.
- Office experience including and general administrative support.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices to coordinate repairs effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks such as leasing activities, resident communication, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to upsell units or services confidently while maintaining positive resident relationships.
Compensation & Benefits / Schedule Requirements
- Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly pay
- Base Schedule: 9am-5pm Thursday through Saturday
- Additional days / hours may be available, based on needs

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
