We’re seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience. This role involves guiding customers through the sales process via various platforms: in-person and virtual appointments, phone calls, and live chat. Our associates help customers find their perfect jewelry match from our luxury product line, creating personalized experiences that celebrate the happiest moments of our customers’ lives.
This full-time role requires availability at weekends and is based at our showroom in Iselin, NJ or Morrisville, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales strategies and in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions, creating memorable and personalized experiences.
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phone, aiming to meet individual revenue targets and provide a luxury customer experience.
- Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable, one-on-one customer experience.
- Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
- Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
- Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
- Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
