Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Document care activities and report changes in client condition
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Certified Home Health Aide license (CHHA)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass background check
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
