5 Star Lawn & Pest Control has proudly served Central Florida with reliable lawn, pest, and termite services. We are growing and looking for a dependable Lawn Spray Technician to join our team and help customers keep their lawns healthy and pest-free.
Job Summary
The Lawn Spray Technician will be responsible for diagnosing & treating any health issues, applying custom lawn and shrub treatments, and providing excellent customer service in the field. No experience? No problem—we provide training and licensing support for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides according to state regulations.
- Diagnose turf & shrub health problems and recommend solutions.
- Safely operate spray equipment, spreaders, and company vehicles.
- Communicate with customers about treatment plans, results, and future care.
- Note account Follow Up accordingly
- Maintain accurate service records and comply with all safety and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Previous lawn/landscape or pest control experience a plus (not required).
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in Florida weather.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications (company-paid training provided).
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$55,000+ annually
