Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We have openings available on the 6-2 and 2-10 shifts. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients across various settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems like PointClickCare,
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during patient interactions.
- Document patient observations thoroughly in medical records while respecting HIPAA regulations for confidentiality.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient service.
Skills
- Proven experience working in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, or assisted living communities.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as PointClickCare.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement techniques.
- Ability to perform catheter care and operate patient lifts like Hoyer lifts safely.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient service excellence and compassion for individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
