Responsibilities
- Accept and treat patients based on your preferred coverage area
- Provide high-quality, ethical occupational therapy care in the home setting
- Communicate patient needs, changes, and concerns promptly
- Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner (24-hour standard)
- Suggest appropriate DME when indicated
- Comply with 360 Therapy Outsource policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Texas OT license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- CPR certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
