Waffle Sensations is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and energetic Waffle Kitchen Crew Member to join our growing team!
Our kitchen crew is the heart of the operation — responsible for bringing our signature menu items to life. From crispy wings and chicken & waffles to our famous waffles, fries, and other creations, you’ll help make sure every order is prepared with quality, speed, and our WOW factor.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Waffle Sensations signature menu items including wings, chicken & waffles, waffles, fries, and more
- Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, waffle makers, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow recipes, cooking procedures, and portion guidelines to maintain consistency
- Prep ingredients, organize stations, and keep the kitchen stocked and ready for service
- Maintain proper cooking times, food quality, and presentation standards
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Communicate with the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen tasks
- Help create the Waffle Sensations WOW experience through great food and teamwork

- Someone who takes pride in making quality food
- Willingness to learn and follow our kitchen systems
- Previous restaurant or cooking experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
- Weekend availability is a plus

Pay
Waffle Kitchen Crew: $13–$15/hour + tips
(Estimated take-home: $14–$18/hour with tips depending on hours and performance)
