Location: Placentia, CA
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM + Saturday 8-hour shift
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong background in CNC lathe and/or mill setup and operation. This position requires someone who can independently perform setups, troubleshoot machining issues, and consistently produce precision parts to specification.

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills

Complete machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing drawings

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment

Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and offsets as needed

Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and quality issues

Maintain tight tolerances and production standards

Complete required production and quality documentation

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Previous CNC lathe and/or mill machining experience

Strong setup and operation experience required

Ability to independently set up CNC machines

Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

Experience with precision measuring equipment

Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues

CNC program editing experience is a plus

Aerospace or other tight-tolerance manufacturing experience preferred

Must be able to work the full 3rd-shift schedule
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM, plus an 8-hour Saturday shift.
