We are a busy and well-established Family Medicine practice in Brooklyn, New York seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- Must be available for some evenings and some weekend days
What You’ll Do:
- Provide primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
- Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures
- Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care
What We’re Looking For:
- Current New York State NP license
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Experience/Qualifications
Must have 1 year of nursing experience
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.
Proven experience in patient assessment and care plan development.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
Proficiency in documenting patient interactions and maintaining records.
Ability to analyze patient data for improving care strategies.
Experience in community outreach and promoting health awareness.
