Part-Time Sales Estimator – Home Services
UES Solutions – The Woodlands / Conroe / Montgomery County | Part-Time | $20/hr + commission on closed jobs
UES Solutions is a veteran-owned home services company (handyman, painting, and fence installation) serving Montgomery County and North Houston. Demand is strong and we need a sales-minded estimator to turn inquiries into booked jobs.
What you'll do
- Run in-home sales appointments — walk the job, understand what the customer needs, and build trust
- Measure and scope handyman, painting, and fence projects on-site
- Build accurate quotes in Jobber (we'll train on our pricing) and follow up until the job closes
- Follow up on open estimates by phone, text, and email — persistence closes jobs
- Represent UES at occasional networking and community events
What we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally in home services, construction, or another in-home selling environment
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and closing on the spot
- Enough trade familiarity to scope a job accurately — you don't need to swing a hammer, but you need to know what the work involves
- Organized and self-directed — you'll manage your own pipeline
- Reliable transportation and a clean, professional presence
Details
- Flexible part-time schedule — appointments are mostly weekdays with some Saturday mornings
- Hourly base plus commission on jobs you close — strong closers will out-earn the hourly
- Veteran-owned, growing company with room for the role to expand
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
