Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, restrooms, offices, hallways.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Execute specialized cleaning procedures such as industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects as needed.
- Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation including floor care tools like buffers and scrubbers.
- Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
