Temperature Control Plumbing is looking for an experienced, dependable, and professional Plumber to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ.
We are looking for a plumber with a minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and is capable of working independently while representing our company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
- Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, replacements, and installations
- Troubleshoot water leaks, drain stoppages, water heaters, faucets, toilets, valves, and other plumbing components
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and plumbing equipment
- Perform drain cleaning and stoppage repairs
- Identify plumbing problems and provide customers with clear repair or replacement options
- Accurately document work performed, including photos and detailed job notes
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs
- Follow company safety procedures and plumbing codes
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work effectively with the dispatch and office teams
- Participate in an on-call/after-hours rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience required
- Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, fixtures, valves, and piping
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine the proper repair
- Ability to read and understand plumbing diagrams and installation requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical plumbing work
- Must be dependable, punctual, and organized
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
