LOCAL END DUMP OPERATOR OPPORTUNITIES
- Competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus annual raises & bonus

- Deliver ready mix concrete to commercial & residential job sites
- Some physical labor required (loading, unloading, cleaning truck)
- Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
- Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
- Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
- Provide excellent customer service on every delivery—your professionalism sets us apart.
