Job Summary
This Site Contracts Administrator will support the execution of clinical research site contacts for the GOG Foundation's Partners Program . This role serves as the primary coordinator for the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of site agreements, including study site budgets, to support study startup timelines while maintaining compliance with organizational, legal, regulatory, and sponsor requirements. The Clinical Research Site Contracts Administrator collaborates closely with internal departments, external research sites, and industry sponsors to facilitate the efficient preparation, review, negotiation, execution, and archiving of clinical trial agreements and related documents.
Responsibilities
- Distribute contracts to sites for multiple studies.
- Evaluate document requests to determine required action based on policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and track reviews of contracts between site, GOG counsel and Sponsor counsel.
- Participate in conference calls with sponsors related to site contracting and status updates.
- Compile and distribute a weekly status tracker of open agreements.
- Review contracts and change orders for completeness and proper approvals.
- Organize and update contract files using a computerized file tracking database.
- Correspond with sites, GOG management and sponsor regarding contracts and respond to any queries.
- Prioritize various document requests for review by Sr. Dir, Grants, Accounting and Site Contracts and/or legal to expedite for processing.
- Maintain GOG Partners status spreadsheets.
- File and maintain all GOG Partners contracts.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects with regards to clinical trials.
- Act as a liaison between site legal and GOG outside counsel.
- Assist in the preparation of Sunshine Act reports monthly or as otherwise required by industry sponsors.
- Review and prioritize contracts and queries.
- Review site budgets for allowable costs.
- Escalate site budgets to Sponsor’s or Sr. Dir, Grants, Accounting and Site Contracts, as needed.
- Excel at handling and prioritizing multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
Pay: $83,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
