Key Qualifications:
- Current Vermont Physical Therapy Certificate required
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans for diverse student needs

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver onsite physical therapy services for K-12 students, collaborating with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment programs based on student IEP goals
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and fulfill reporting requirements
- Support a positive learning environment across four district buildings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to student teams
- Offer guidance and education to school staff regarding mobility and accessibility
