A Super Transport International Guard main duties are to inspect every trailer coming in and out of the facility, doing a proper interchange and registering information into our system. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers In Super Transport International our main commitment is to achieve the customer's satisfaction and ensure that the merchandise arrives in the time and under the conditions specified.
Major Responsibilities,
Carry out surveillance, inspection, prevention and detection of abnormalities inside and outside STI facilities.
Carry out daily rounds of STI's perimeters in an effort to detect any anomalies or property damage.
Registering entrances and/or exits of company vehicles via the EIR system, ensuring that only authorized personnel makes use of these vehicles.
Conducting a complete trailer inspection via tablet (EIR System) - Inspection, photographs of equipment and merchandise entering or exiting.
Meticulous inspection of trailers and trailer accessories entering/exiting STI. Report damages that might affect the integrity of the trailer or the client's merchandise. Report damage to tires or change of tires, damage to truck, trailer or merchandise, missing or expired license plates and inspections, qualcomm problems, etc.
Conduct a security inspection in accordance with the CTPAT 17-Point Truck & Trailer inspection to all equipment that applies.
Keep a written record of all security seals allocated to necessary equipment.
Report any suspicious activity detected on STI property, trailers or tractors that may threaten the security of STI.
Take care of assigned work tools and report when these tools are in need of repair or replacement.
