What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop our installation team
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completion
- Conduct job site visits and quality inspections
- Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations
- Work closely with homeowners to ensure an exceptional remodeling experience
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new installers
- Help build and scale our production department as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential remodeling, construction, renovation, or a related field
- Leadership experience managing crews, installers, or subcontractors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of job site safety practices and quality control
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
