Role Summary
We are currently looking for a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Technician to bolster our high-velocity manufacturing facility. Primary Duties-
Identify, analyze, and rectify issues across pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Maintain and service manufacturing assets including motors, pumps, gearboxes, power supplies, VFDs, and programmable controllers.

Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure all machinery remains in peak operational status.

Minimize downtime by addressing equipment malfunctions with speed and precision to restore production flow.

Conduct regular machinery walkthroughs and inspections to proactively detect and resolve potential mechanical failures.

Manage the lifecycle of maintenance tasks by creating, updating, and finalizing entries within the CMMS.

Log all maintenance activities, including parts consumption, time spent, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Foster clear communication channels with production managers, maintenance leads, and fellow technical staff.

Facilitate the safe and compliant execution of equipment startup and shutdown protocols.

Help maintain a safe working environment by identifying and reporting electrical or mechanical risks to leadership.

Candidate Requirements-
Between three and five years of professional experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Advanced diagnostic capabilities covering pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Proficiency in interpreting technical illustrations, equipment documentation, and electrical schematics.

Demonstrated skill in utilizing specialized diagnostic tools and electrical testing instrumentation.

Practical understanding of equipment governed by PLCs.

Direct experience with industrial power supplies, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and AC drives.

Robust mechanical aptitude and a proven track record of hands-on repair work.

Capacity to handle competing repair priorities in a high-pressure production setting.

Familiarity with shop tools, assembly techniques, and machining processes.

Ability to operate autonomously and exercise sound judgment during troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications-
