Job Summary
NiBBuS CombiNed Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Assistant Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services administration and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. As a Mental Health Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative functions of our mental health programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. In this vital role, you will support the overall management of the facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that promotes residents’ well-being and independence. Your energetic approach and management skills will help foster a positive community atmosphere while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards
Duties
- Maintain positive working relationships with Community Partners.
- Assist with staff meetings.
- Handling and assisting grievances.
- Performance evaluations for staff
- Monitoring the programs and submitting maintenance requests as needed.
- Training new staff
- Staff schedules, time off requests, and attendance tracking
- Managing a budget
- Maintain Client Charts
- IR Reviews
- Helping clients with SSI/SSDI
- Safety management
- Vehicle maintenance
- Census management
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Med orders
- Monitoring clinical documentation
- Maintain records for the program
- Working the floor and assisting staff as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a current QMHA certificate through MHACBO OR a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science.
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check and/or fingerprinting
- First Aid/CPR
