At Morales Auto Sales LLC we pride ourselves on providing honest, high-quality automotive repair and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team and act as the bridge between our customers and our technicians.
No automotive experience? No problem. If you have great office skills and love helping people, we will train you on our systems and the industry.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
The Face of the Shop: Greet customers warmly, check them in, and handle incoming phone calls with a professional, helpful attitude.
The Translator: Listen to customers’ concerns about their vehicles and translate complex mechanical diagnoses from our technicians into clear, layman's terms for the customer.
The Organizer: Build repair orders, look up parts, get customer repair approval, manage digital shop systems, and handle administrative office tasks efficiently.
The Guide: Provide transparent repair recommendations and cost estimates, keeping customers updated throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills)
Bilingual: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to best serve our diverse community.
Communication : Exceptional communication skills, whether you're talking face-to-face, emailing, or on the phone.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and possess fast, accurate typing skills.
Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative, office work, or multitasking capabilities.
Bonus Points (Preferred, but NOT Required)
Previous experience in the automotive industry or as a Service Advisor.
Basic mechanical knowledge or a general passion for cars.
