Job Overview
As a Cleaning Technician, you will provide high-quality commercial cleaning services at offices, retail locations, and other business facilities. You will work independently and as part of a team while maintaining our high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. THIS POSITION REQUIRES DAILY TRAVEL THROUGHOUT CONNECTICUT. Must have your own reliable vehicle, insurance and valid driver license. We offer gas stipend and full pay during driving hours.
No professional cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Duties
- Clean offices, commercial buildings, and business facilities
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean glass, mirrors, and interior windows as assigned
- Restock paper products and janitorial supplies
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Properly use commercial cleaning products and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management
- Deliver professional customer service while on-site
- Maintain company equipment and supplies
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift
Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
