R-Class US is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processing & Billing Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their pointe shoes accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling financial transactions, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Review customer orders for accuracy prior to processing payment.
- Accurately charge customer payment methods for pointe shoe orders.
- Verify order details, pricing, discounts, and shipping information before finalizing transactions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues before orders are shipped.
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding orders, payments, shipping, and general inquiries.
- Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications.
- Work closely with warehouse and customer relations team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Protect confidential customer and payment information while following company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Previous experience in order processing, billing, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and order management systems quickly.
- Deep understanding of invoicing (including partial and combined).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential customer and payment information with discretion.
- Experience with inventory management or e-commerce order processing is a plus.
