Laborer / General Carpenter — Gebhardt Development LLC
A Laborer / General Carpenter at Gebhardt Development LLC supports residential and commercial construction projects through hands‑on labor, light carpentry, and jobsite upkeep. Key Responsibilities
- Light Carpentry — Assist with basic framing, cutting materials, installing hardware, and supporting carpenters.
- Hand & Power Tool Operation — Safely operate drills, saws, nail guns, impact drivers, and other standard tools.
- Jobsite Cleaning & Management — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; sweep, remove debris, and stage materials.
- Material Delivery & Returns — Pick up materials, deliver to job sites, and return unused or incorrect items as needed.
- General Labor Support — Load/unload materials, assist tradespeople, perform demolition, and support daily project needs.
- Attention to Detail — Follow instructions accurately, measure precisely, and ensure quality workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Some Construction Experience Preferred — Prior labor or carpentry experience helpful but not required for motivated candidates.
- Reliable Transportation — Must be able to travel to various Gebhardt Development job sites in the Helena area.
- Valid Driver’s License — Required for material delivery and job site errands.
- Tool Proficiency — Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
- Physical Capability — Ability to lift 100 lbs., work on feet for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dependability — Consistent attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
