Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and backlog management across multiple enterprise client projects. You'll own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements
- Create BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage Jira backlogs and Confluence documentation
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and UAT
- Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
- 4–5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent requirements documentation and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or SaaS projects
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
Preferred
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Discovery–Design–Build project lifecycle
- System integration and process mapping experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification (preferred)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
