Burr Remodeling is an established, locally owned remodeling company with over 30 years of experience creating high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, additions, renovations, decks, and custom carpentry projects throughout the South Shore.
We’re looking for an experienced carpenter with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in their work, enjoys high-quality residential remodeling, and wants to be part of a small team where their contribution truly matters.

What You’ll Do:
· Perform high-quality residential remodeling and finish carpentry
· Read and work from plans, drawings, and specifications
· Perform framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other carpentry work
· Work on kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-house remodeling projects
· Work independently while coordinating with the project team and subcontractors
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
· Take ownership of the quality and craftsmanship of your work
· Communicate professionally with homeowners and the Burr Remodeling team
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–5+ years of residential carpentry experience
· Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
· Solid finish carpentry skills
· Ability to read plans and understand construction details
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
· Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
· Professional appearance and attitude
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
· Commitment to keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized
· Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fastest way
