Process Engineer

We are seeking a driven and technically strong Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations within our silicone production environment. This role is responsible for improving process efficiency, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring consistent, high-quality production outcomes.
The Process Engineer will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement scalable solutions, and drive innovation across the plant. This position plays a critical role in enhancing safety, productivity, and overall operational performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach to process optimization, and a continuous improvement mindset. Success in this role requires effective collaboration, technical expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements that support both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field required
- 3–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to improve processes
- Ability to manage projects, multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing production needs
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, 5S, A3, etc.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing environments (OSHA, EPA, ISO standards, etc.
