Seeking a PingOne Protect consultant with expertise in Risk-Based Authentication (RBA), adaptive authentication, and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of PingOne Protect capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a current-state assessment of authentication, identity security, and risk management controls.
- Evaluate and fine-tune PingOne Protect risk signals, risk scoring, and adaptive authentication policies.
- Develop identity misuse and policy non-compliance use cases leveraging PingOne Protect capabilities.
- Design detection-to-enforcement workflows, including risk-based responses such as MFA challenges, step-up authentication, account restrictions, and access denial.
- Create workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and operational runbooks.
- Define a Business-as-Usual (BAU) operating model for ongoing monitoring, governance, and policy tuning.
- Lead PingOne Protect proof-of-concept activities and provide implementation recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IAM, Identity Security, or Cybersecurity experience.
- Hands-on experience with PingOne Protect or similar adaptive authentication platforms.
- Strong understanding of Risk-Based Authentication, adaptive access, MFA, identity risk signals, and ITDR.
- Experience designing risk-based policies and detection-to-enforcement workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
