Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other types, to transport vehicles safely.
- Perform vehicle loading and unloading with care to prevent damage.
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle condition.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding service requests and updates.
Requirements
- Valid Class E drivers license , must have a clean driving record & no accidents.
- Must be able to pass AAA background check
- Experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
- Tow Truck Drivers Needed. Driver experience is a plus but will train the right person. We do not pay for job shadowing during the application process of a minimum 40 hours.
- Shifts available are 7am - 3 pm, 3pm - 12am.
