About the Role:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you are the heart of the front office. You set the tone for every patient’s experience and help create the warm, professional environment our practice is known for.
You will:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and complete patient registration
Present treatment plans and financial options with clarity and compassion
Communicate effectively with the clinical team
Stay organized, dependable, and calm in a busy environment
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
Dependable, kind, and professional
Excellent communicator (in person and on the phone)
Strong with computers and organization
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting
Preferred:
2+ years dental front office experience
Familiar with dental terminology and insurance
Experience with Eaglesoft
Schedule:
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am – 5pm
Wed: 8am – 7pm
2 Saturdays per month: 8am – 12pm
