Picture your first week: you partner with hiring managers to post a new role, line up interviews, prep onboarding packets for new hires, and answer a benefits question that helps someone care for their family. As a Bilingual People Operations Associate, you are the connective thread that keeps our HR engine running smoothly—across recruitment, onboarding, records, and employee support—while delivering a positive experience in both English and Spanish.
- Partner on recruiting logistics: draft and post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate next steps with candidates.
- Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and databases; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Coordinate onboarding: prepare documentation, schedule and host orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have what they need from day one.
- Support benefits administration by answering routine employee questions and routing issues appropriately.
- Assist with basic employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.
- Contribute to HR projects—employee engagement initiatives, recognition, and company events.
- Help organize training and development sessions and track participation.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and labor laws; uphold consistent processes.
- Participate in HR team meetings and continuous improvement efforts, sharing ideas and feedback.
- Handle general admin tasks: filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required) with the ability to support employees and candidates in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HR databases and comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Working knowledge of HR fundamentals and labor law basics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common HR software tools.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
