Essential Job Functions
· Inspect, install, and service reverse osmosis and water refiner systems.
· Analyze residential blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and drainage systems to ensure code-compliant plumbing services.
· Educate customers on the recommended plumbing services in their home if a potentially hazardous condition is detected.
· Prepare written job estimates and contracts for customers, ensuring positive-customer experiences.
· Test pipe systems and water treatment equipment for leaks.
· Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
· Verify all plumbing services meet the requirements of the appropriate building codes and environmental protection requirements.
· Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
· Must have a valid TX driver license, clean driving record.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written, verbal communications.
· Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds.
· Demonstrated sound work ethic.
· Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site.
· Open availability to work a varying schedule depending on Company's needs.
Experience
· 1 year of relevant experience is required.
· Experience with Residential Water Filtration Systems and/or Reverse Osmosis systems is a plus.
· Management in industry-specific experience is a plus.
Education/Certification
· Plumber Certification/Tradesman License in plumbing from a recognized and accredited post-secondary institution is a plus.
