We are currently seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. This role is ideal for someone with dealership service experience who enjoys working directly with customers, managing workflow efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the express service visit
- Accurately document customer concerns and service needs for technicians
- Recommend applicable maintenance and service specials
- Communicate estimated completion times, pricing, and any changes clearly
- Track and document declined services for future follow-up
- Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process and address any remaining concerns
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer vehicle-related questions
- Dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a high-volume automotive service department / quick lane
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using dealership software and computer systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
