Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently and to quality standards, maintaining food safety and handling protocols.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Manage front-of-house operations as a FOH manager, overseeing guest satisfaction, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Mix and serve beverages responsibly as a bartender, creating classic cocktails and signature drinks while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with alcohol regulations.
- Operate a POS system for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, bar counters, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food industry standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with POS systems; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
