Help Build Pennsylvania's Newest Destination Winery
Todhunter Vineyards™ & Winery is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, customer-focused Retail & Hospitality Manager to become the face of our winery as we prepare for our public opening.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at the beginning of an exciting journey. Working directly with the owners, you'll help shape the guest experience, coordinate winery events, promote our wines, and establish the welcoming atmosphere that guests will remember and recommend to others.

What You'll Do
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct guided wine tastings and educate visitors about our wines and vineyard (training and mentorship is provided)
- Promote wine club memberships and future winery events
- Build lasting relationships with guests and encourage return visits
Retail Operations (Training provided)
- Operate our point-of-sale system
- Process retail sales and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Merchandise wines and retail products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Open and close the tasting room
Events
- Coordinate winery events and private reservations
- Assist with weddings, gatherings, festivals, concerts, and seasonal events
- Coordinate with caterers, musicians, vendors, and volunteers
- Ensure events run smoothly while delivering an outstanding guest experience
Marketing & Communications
- Assist with social media content and photography
- Help promote upcoming events
- Encourage guest engagement and online reviews
- Represent Todhunter Vineyards professionally within the community
General Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room
- Assist with light administrative duties
- Support daily winery operations as needed
- Work collaboratively with ownership to continually improve the guest experience
Qualifications
Required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, tourism, or event experience
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds
- Availability to work every Thursday through Sunday from Noon until 5:00 PM
Preferred
- Winery, brewery, distillery, or tasting room experience
- Event planning or wedding venue experience
- Retail management or supervisory experience
- Social media and marketing experience
- Point-of-sale (POS) experience
- Wine knowledge (training will also be provided)
