Pay Rate: $24

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 PM

Location: Alsip, IL

This position is temporary.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Buyer for our manufacturing client to start at $24/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

The Production Scheduler performs Capacity planning, Capacity leveling, Material requirement planning, Production Scheduling, and other production duties to support company operations and maximize company revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Create Purchase Orders for system generated Purchase Requisitions

Create Production / Process orders from Planned Orders

Manage the Capacity constraints of the different Work Centers Monitor / Manage the flow of Customer Orders from scheduling to shipment

Serve as the Key Contact for Production regarding scheduling, prioritizing and level loading

Maintain Inventory level within target and short dated product conversion / write-off

Manage Scheduling related Master Data and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or relevant field preferred

Three years in a production environment, especially in production scheduling

Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability

Proficiency with standard scheduling software and productivity suites

Excellent communication and presentation skills

IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
