Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt responses to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details in hotel management systems
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and operational readiness for the next day
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and colleagues across various channels
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with hotel experience preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and night audit procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Experience in front desk operations within resort or hotel settings is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest services and hotel operations
