McCuddy's Marine Insurance is a fast-growing insurance agency that specializes in marine and high-net-worth homes and auto insurance. We're looking for a videographer who wants to build out and document the story of our company from the ground up.
This is a videography-first role, not a social media assistant position. You'll be filming real client interactions, marina and yacht club visits, high-value property walkthroughs, events, and the day-to-day of a company being built in real time, working directly alongside the owners of the company. If you're someone who thinks in shots, angles, and story arcs, this role is built around your skill set. Real opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Film day-to-day agency operations, marina visits, high-net-worth property walkthroughs, client meetings, and events
- Shoot and produce both short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and long-form video
- Edit everything you shoot, color grading, captions, graphics, and branding that fits our style
- Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, scheduling, publishing, captions, and engagement
- Stay ahead of platform trends while keeping our brand voice consistent
- Help build both the McCuddy's Marine Insurance brand and the personal brand of our CEO and VP.
What We're Looking For
- Real experience with a camera, filming, framing, and capturing footage that actually looks good
- Comfortable editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- A track record of growing social media accounts, not just posting to them
- Strong storytelling instinct, you know how to make a moment feel worth watching
- Self-motivated and organized, you don't need constant direction to get things done
- Comfortable in a startup environment where things move fast
- Open to feedback and always looking to sharpen your craft
- Drone videography experience is a big plus
