We're hiring a full-time Sales Team Member in Campbell to join an energetic group representing a nationally recognized telecommunications provider and helping customers discover wireless products and services during in-store promotions.
As a Sales Team Member, you'll work alongside your team to welcome customers, start conversations about their wireless needs, and introduce smartphones, mobile plans, and current promotions. You'll gain hands-on experience while learning how to communicate confidently, collaborate with others, and help customers find options that make sense for their everyday lives.
Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member
- Welcome customers during in-store promotions and create a friendly, approachable experience.
- Introduce smartphones, wireless plans, device features, and current offers through face-to-face conversations.
- Ask questions about mobile usage and service preferences to understand what customers are looking for.
- Help customers compare available devices, plans, and promotions based on their individual needs.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, features, and services in a clear and helpful way.
- Guide interested customers through enrollment while maintaining an organized and professional experience.
- Work alongside fellow Sales Team Member team members to maintain promotional areas, share feedback, and support daily goals.
- Celebrate team wins, learn from customer interactions, and contribute to a positive retail environment.
- Continue developing as a Sales Team Member through product education, coaching, and hands-on experience.
Qualifications of the Sales Team Member
- Friendly, outgoing, and energized by working with people.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Interested in smartphones, wireless technology, and learning about new products.
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn from coaching and feedback.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in active retail environments.
- Motivated by individual progress as well as shared team goals.
- Interested in growing professionally as a Sales Team Member while building valuable customer engagement skills.
