SAF-HOLLAND is hiring a Product Engineering Manager in Muskegon, Michigan!

As our Product Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented team of engineers responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions throughout the product lifecycle. From supporting OEM customers and driving product improvements to leading product launches and mentoring engineering talent, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and business.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of product and applications engineers
Drive product improvements, redesigns, and new product launches
Partner across engineering, manufacturing, quality, product management, and sales teams
Support customers and OEM partners with technical expertise and solutions
Champion continuous improvement, reliability, quality, and cost optimization initiatives
Lead engineering change management and technical decision-making
Foster a safe, collaborative, and high-performing culture focused on results and development
What We're Looking For
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
? 5+ years of progressive product or applications engineering experience
? Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
? Manufacturing and OEM customer support experience strongly preferred
? Knowledge of product lifecycle management, engineering standards, manufacturing processes, DFMEA, and root cause analysis
? Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, or similar platforms
? Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
