We're looking for a reliable and compassionate person who is interested in becoming a Home Health Aide. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with various tasks around their home such as light housekeeping and meal preparation. We're looking for an individual that has a background in home health care, and someone who is able to work with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the home health care of patients and the providers' communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients with self-care activities at home.
- Help ensure that homes are properly equipped and safe for patients.
- Manage patient records and ensure they are maintained according to laws and regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
