HVAC Service Technician Position Available

The HVAC Technician reports to the HVAC Department Manager.
Qualified applicants MUST:
- Be a registered technician and licensed by the TDLR
- Have current and valid Drivers License and be insurable
- Be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Be up to date on all current codes
- Maintain a clean appearance according to set company standards
- Have a great upbeat attitude and be willing to join a successful team
- Have good communication with team of CSRs, Dispatchers and Supervisors to effectively serve our customers
- Have proficiency with Ipads including but not limited to; Email, software and apps to ensure effective communication with both the office and our customers
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Full AC & Heating installation skills such as removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement, soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters
- Diagnose issues of AC & Heating systems and make recommendations when necessary.
- Abide by all codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with all team members and customers to ensure quality service is provided at all times during the service repair or replacement process.
- Work with and train any helpers assigned to work with you.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Will require travel between our offices on occasion
