As our Plant Maintenance Technician, you’re the backbone of a clean, efficient, and compliant facility. Your day blends hands-on fixes, preventive upkeep, and meticulous documentation—so teams across cultivation, processing, and packaging can perform at their best.
You clock in at 7:00 a.m., scan the maintenance dashboard, and prioritize your checklist. A dehumidifier needs installation in a dry room, PPE stations require a restock, and a grow room door closer is due for adjustment. Before lunch, you’ve coordinated a licensed contractor for a scheduled repair and logged preventive maintenance across several assets. In the afternoon, you sanitize high-traffic areas, troubleshoot an unexpected equipment alarm, and close out work orders—leaving the floor safe, orderly, and ready for tomorrow.
