At Texas ProFab Corporation, we are seeking individuals that can start with us as Shop Helpers, learn various duties in our company, and become valuable members of our team. This can be an entry level position where we start by guiding on tasks like sanding metal parts, riveting pieces together, applying tape/gasketing, unloading flatwork machines, or whatever might be needed at the time. Those experienced in precision sheet metal fabrication are welcome, as well!
For individuals who are interested, able, and demonstrate consistent attendance & work ethic, we aim to develop/train in more technical skills ranging from press brake operation & hardware insertion to CNC milling/machining and laser cutting and more.
The preferred & ideal candidate will have the ability to attend work consistently & regularly, follow instructions & be motivated to learn new skills (and grow within the company), be detail oriented, enjoy working with their hands & building stuff, etc.
Texas ProFab Corp. is a very stable family owned business with a very clean, climate controlled (air conditioned & heated), well lit, and state of the art shop floor.
