Construction Superintendent — New Ground-Up Multifamily
(NC & SC Travel Role — HOME EVERY WEEKEND)
We're representing a reputable, well-established Multifamily General Contractor based in North Carolina that's looking to add an experienced Superintendent for the long haul. This is not a project hire — they have a strong, multi-year backlog and are building out their core field team.
You'll run the site with real autonomy, cradle to grave, on new ground-up multifamily apartment builds ranging from $20M–$50M+ and 100–250+ units.

THE WORK:
- Lead new ground-up multifamily apartment projects ($20M–$50M+, 100–250+ units) from inception to completion
- Full site ownership with autonomy from cradle to grave
- Ideal for supers based in the Carolinas or open to travel
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Currently a Multifamily Superintendent with a General Contractor or Developer
- 2+ multifamily projects completed as Lead Superintendent
- Proficient building and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, adjusting as needed
- Proven at overseeing on-site subs to quality standards — leading by example
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
