Job Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven professional who enjoys building partnerships, engaging executive talent, and delivering exceptional client service. The Executive Search Consultant will lead search engagements, develop client relationships, recruit senior-level talent, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Partner with clients to understand leadership needs, develop search strategies, and provide consultative guidance throughout the search process.
- Executive Recruiting: Identify, engage, assess, and recruit executive and leadership talent across manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial markets.
- Business Development: Build relationships with prospective clients, generate new opportunities, and contribute to firm growth through networking and market engagement.
- Candidate Management: Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate leadership capabilities, manage candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the search process.
- Market Intelligence: Provide clients with insights on talent trends, compensation, organizational structures, and competitive market dynamics.
- Search Execution: Manage multiple search assignments simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience.
