Job Title: Recruiter (Temporary Workforce & Onboarding)

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of temporary employees while managing a seamless onboarding process. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates efficiently to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring

Manage full cycle recruiting for temporary and hourly roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

Post job openings, source candidates, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Onboarding & Compliance

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires (orientation, paperwork, system setup)

Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed (background checks, I-9s, etc.)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (e.g., ADP, Smartsheet)

Communicate onboarding details clearly with new hires and internal teams
Process & Operations

Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates on recruiting progress

Support high-volume hiring initiatives and hiring events as needed

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or temp staffing environments

Experience with onboarding processes and HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for hourly or warehouse/manufacturing roles

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
