About the Role
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented help to join our team as House Cleaners. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure private residences are clean, sanitized, and organized, helping our clients enjoy comfortable and welcoming homes during the holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Sanitize and deep clean kitchens and bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout residences
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and with attention to detail
- Care for client homes as if they were your own
Qualifications
- Prior experience cleaning homes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina (able to bend, lift, and stand for long periods)
- Reliability and dependability with a flexible schedule
Schedule & Reporting
- Flexible hours: Part-time or full-time available
- Typical shifts run Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Reports directly to the company owner
Compensation & Growth
- Pay starts at $20/hr, with rates based on experience
